About the Role
As a Customer Care Support Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting customers throughout their journey, from onboarding and installation through to ongoing support. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for customers, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Every day will be different. You’ll be:
Taking calls and helping customers with questions or requests
Supporting system onboarding and coordinating installations
Managing orders for consumables and following up to make sure customers have what they need
Building relationships with customers and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way
You’ll be part of a team that works closely together, shares knowledge, and genuinely cares about doing great work.
About You
You might be someone who’s worked in hospitality, retail, administration, or a similar customer-facing role, or perhaps you’re looking to step into an office-based role for the first time. What matters most is your attitude and approach.
You’ll bring:
