We are currently seeking an exceptional Retail Pharmacy Manager to lead a newly built fully renovated pharmacy store with outstanding growth potential and with a strong community following.

About the Role:
As the Retail Pharmacy Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day store operations while fostering a professional, welcoming environment for both staff and customers. You’ll be working closely with the pharmacist manager, and you will be responsible for leading your team, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence in line with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a motivated retail team
Manage daily store operations and ensure efficient workflows
Maintain visual merchandising and promotional activity
Create and manage rosters within budget
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalated enquiries
Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide regular performance feedback and staff assessments
Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders
Compile weekly and monthly business reports
What We’re Looking For:
Previous pharmacy or retail management experience (essential)
Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
Experience in stock management, budgeting, and rostering
Strong understanding of sales performance and KPIs
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficient with POS systems
Certificate in Community Pharmacy (desirable but not essential)
