About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to oversee our retail operations and contribute to the ongoing growth of our business. This is a full-time position located in Homebush, NSW, offering an immediate start for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

Managing day-to-day retail store operations.

Supervising and training retail staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Developing and implementing retail sales strategies to meet targets.

Coordinating product displays, stock control, and ordering.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and wholesale partners.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety regulations.

Preparing reports on sales performance and business outcomes.

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant retail management experience (preferably in food or fresh produce).

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and store performance effectively.

Available for early morning shifts (from 2am) and weekend work when required.

Knowledge or genuine interest in mushrooms, mycology, or natural food products will be highly regarded.
