About the Role

As Pharmacist Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire a professional team of 6–7 staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Oversee all store operations with autonomy and strategic influence.

Deliver exceptional patient care and professional health services.

Build strong relationships within the local community, driving customer loyalty and growth.

Work closely with an executive team of directors, while enjoying the independence of managing a long standing and very successful pharmacy.

What we expect from you

A registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).

Experienced in retail pharmacy management and proven experience and capability of leading a busy store.

A minimum of 5-7 years of retail pharmacy management experience is required.

Skilled at motivating teams and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

Demonstrated experience in managing teams of at least 4-5 staff members.

Passionate about patient care, health outcomes, and customer experience.

Results-driven — confident in achieving KPIs and business growth targets.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.
