The Role

You'll play an important part in ensuring our clients' communities are well cared for and smoothly run.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly, professional support to owners and residents

Communicating regularly with Owners Corporations to understand and meet their needs

Coordinating maintenance and repair works with trusted contractors

Preparing budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes

Assisting with insurance, compliance, and day-to-day administration

Growing into a Strata Manager role with full mentoring and training

About You

You are someone who takes pride in your work and genuinely cares about people. You bring:

A Certificate of Registration (Cert IV in Strata Community Management) - or the ability to obtain within 6 months

Integrity and honesty in everything you do

A genuine passion for delivering excellent service

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Great attention to detail and organisational ability

A proactive, solution-focused mindset

A desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of your development

A valid driver's licence and access to a car

Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for report writing and data management
