Who We’re Looking For:

A motivated professional who delivers timely, effective customer service and has superior communication skills.

A transparent and confident manager, with excellent knowledge of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015, to be able to deliver reliable and accurate information to the clients

Someone keen to embrace technology to improve ways of working.

A team player who thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement.

A desire for personal and professional development under experienced leadership.

Proven experience across diverse portfolios: residential, commercial, new builds, defects management, strata plans, and community associations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Strata Manager.

Strong track record of managing client relationships.
