We’re on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Officer who is switched on, tech-savvy, and loves digging into the details. What You’ll Do

Own the accounts payable process from start to finish.

Process and reconcile invoices and expenses using Xero and DEXT.

Investigate discrepancies with a curious and solutions-focused approach.

Collaborate with both clients and team members to resolve queries quickly.

Contribute to month-end processes and ensure accuracy across the board.

Keep records neat, tidy, and audit-ready.

What We’re Looking For

Proven accounts payable experience.

Solid hands-on knowledge of Xero and DEXT.

A natural problem-solver with sharp investigative skills.

Confident with tech and quick to learn new tools.

Detail-oriented but also able to see the bigger picture.

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
