We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in accounts payable and finance. You’ll receive hands-on training and support while assisting with day-to-day financial record-keeping tasks.

About the Role:

This is a casual position with a view to grow with the business in a more permanent role, working closely within a friendly and fast-paced team, your responsibilities will include:

· Assist with the management of multiple accounts payable inboxes

· Entering supplier invoices and reconciling supplier statements

· Assisting with new vendor setups, queries and validation checks

· Supporting the team with general finance and admin tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing skills

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· Great communication skills (written and verbal)

· Intermediate excel and Microsoft office skills

· 2-5 years of admin experience

· Experience in accounts payable will be highly regarded but not essential
