Field Service Operations Controller

QLD Forklifts is the leading specialist Material Handling supplier based in Yatala - Luscombe on the Northern Gold Coast.

We specialise in all aspects of Forklift Rental both long and short term, Equipment Sales, Forklift and Telehandler Service and Repairs.

We’re a victim of our ongoing success, so we are searching for a highly motivated and passionate team player to join our Service Operations team.

About the Role

This pivotal position will be responsible for coordinating our Field Service Technicians. Managing response to urgent breakdowns and planning service schedules for our equipment in the field. Working with a dedicated and experienced team of people with a can do attitude destined for success.

You will have great IT skills and be a customer service professional who strives for win/win outcomes.

This is a role to make your own and put systems and processes in place to make your mark in our ever growing business.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Supporting our team of Field Service Technicians

• Manage our customer service support enquiries and schedule technician response

• Deliver a positive attitude and great service to our loyal customer base.

• Hands on role with a small team to have a big impact.

• Coordinate the scheduling of our Service on our equipment as well as customer owned.

To be successful you will need to;

• Have a positive ‘Can do’ attitude and be a solution finder.

• Ability to work autonomously, to manage own time and prioritise demands in a dynamic environment.

• Customer focused with Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

• Administration skills including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

• High level organisational skills.

• The ability to work well and independently under pressure.

• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

• The ability to follow processes and procedures .

• Technical / mechancial knowledge is welcomed, but not required.

• Australian Drivers Licence required.
