We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Section Leader to lead our Operations and Administrations team. This pivotal role supports and manages a team of Operational and Administrative Team Leaders responsible for customer coordination, service confirmation, compliance and operational process improvement.

This role is perfect for someone who is results-driven with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve

Lead and mentor a team of Operational and Administrative Team Leaders

Oversee and support customer service coordination, confirmation processes and administrative tasks

Manage commercial client service schedules and delivery outcomes

Identify and implement operational efficiencies and process improvements

Ensure timely reporting on service delivery metrics, team performance, and client outcomes

Maintain compliance with organisational, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

What we’re looking for from you

You care deeply about the customer experience

Proven leadership experience within a service delivery, customer operations, or field services environment

Strong ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment, proactively sharing information, however also work autonomously at times

Strong administrative and organisational skills with a process-improvement mindset

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage client relationships

Strong written communication skills

Curiosity and confidence to ask questions when unsure

Proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Xero, or similar platforms) is desirable

Desirable licenses if held

Current drivers license

Police Check

Working with Vulnerable People check
