About the role
Cadillac RV is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team in our Epping, Victoria office. This full-time role will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
Providing a range of administrative duties including answering emails, invoicing and speaking to customers
Managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
Coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Maintaining and updating databases and records
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
At least 1 years' experience in a similar administrative role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
