Are you a detail-driven finance professional who loves bringing structure to fast-moving businesses, but also wants to grow beyond pure bookkeeping?
EFLR Group (home to TechSkill Academy, National Licensing, and Open Education Academy) is looking for a Finance Officer who’s ready to take ownership of our financial operations and bring them in-house!

This role will begin as a part-time position (3 days per week) to establish the finance function in-house, with scope to expand to full-time as the organisation continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

This isn’t your average bookkeeping role. You’ll play a key part in shaping how we manage, report, and analyse our financial performance across multiple brands.
You’ll be responsible for:

Managing accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations in Xero.

Preparing monthly P&L reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for leadership.

Reconciling sales commissions and aligning HubSpot data with financial records.

Strengthening cash flow monitoring, reporting, and debtor management.

Streamlining processes between Xero and HubSpot and building scalable financial systems.

What We’re Looking For

You’re the kind of person who finds satisfaction in clean ledgers and clear insights. You’re meticulous, methodical, and commercially curious, someone who loves translating numbers into stories that drive better decisions.

You’ll need:

3-5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping (ideally within an RTO, education, or service-based environment).

Strong Xero proficiency and sound understanding of accounting fundamentals.

Great Excel or dashboarding skills

An eye for detail, and the confidence to recommend smarter systems and processes.
