The Role

As an Estimator, you will prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for civil projects up to $35 million while supporting the Operations and Estimating Managers across business development initiatives. You will be involved in pre-contract negotiations, risk assessments, and strategic decision-making, contributing to Expressions of Interest, capability statements, and tender documentation. This hands-on role offers exposure to project budgets, cost plans, and supplier networks, all within a collaborative environment that encourages growth, learning, and long-term career progression.
