About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain, Production & Logistics Manager to join our team at Torqit in Beresfield, NSW. This is a part-time role that will play a crucial part in overseeing our manufacturing, transportation and inventory management operations.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including production planning, inventory control, and distribution logistics

Optimize production schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize waste

Oversee the procurement and purchasing of raw materials and other supplies

Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management and reduce costs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain and logistics issues

Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards

What we're looking for

Significant experience in supply chain, production or logistics management role

Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and distribution logistics

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically

Proficient in using relevant software and technologies to optimize supply chain operations

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
