Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Caringbah, NSW. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing and controlling inventory levels, conducting physical inventory counts, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory across 2 warehouses and 2 systems (CIN7 and Shopify). The role will involve daily tasks such as tracking and monitoring inventory movements, managing backorders and ETAs, maintaining inventory databases, and coordinating with other departments to address any discrepancies and liaising with our 3PL warehouse on any changes to orders. The Supply Chain Manager also assists our servicing team on any bike builds that needs to be done for new orders that come in. Additionally, they will provide excellent customer service and maintain clear and effective communication with team members and external partners.

Qualifications

· Skills in Physical Inventory, Inventory Control and Inventory Management

· Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

· Proficiency in using inventory management such as CIN7

· Understands the technology between CIN7 and Shopify Plus

· Strong organisational / project management and problem-solving abilities

· Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

· High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

· Management of Warehouse team & pick pack area.

· Ensuring WHS and OHS policies and procedures are followed.

· Management and control of inventory levels across two warehouses and two systems (CIN7 and Shopify).

· Conducting regular physical stocktakes and ensuring data accuracy.

· Daily monitoring and tracking of inventory movements.

· Managing backorders, updating ETAs, and maintaining accurate inventory databases.

· Coordinating with internal departments to resolve stock discrepancies.

· Liaising with the 3PL warehouse on order fulfilment and logistics.

· Assisting the servicing team with bike builds for customer orders.

· Supporting demand forecasting and stock replenishment planning.

· Communicating with suppliers and logistics partners to track incoming stock and ensure timely deliveries.

· Review of current supply chain and provide recommendations on cost savings and efficiencies.

· Support the Finance Manager in the coordination of international shipments, including tracking and follow-up on container arrivals.

· Identifying slow-moving or ageing stock and recommending clearance or restocking actions.

· Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of inventory budgets and contributing to stock-related cost control.

· Producing inventory reports and contributing to system and process improvements.

· Providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear, effective communication with team members and external partners.

· Assist in the set up and running of any new and / or acquired warehouses.
