A great opportunity exists for the right candidate in our growing business located at St Marys. You will report directly to the General Manager and assistant. The role is perfect for a good communicator, enjoys working with the team and clients to meet deadlines.
The role is full time Mon - Fri 8.00am - 4.00pm
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering telephone calls
Data entry
Handling customer enquiries
Processing of client orders
General admin duties as required
The succesfull candidate ideally would have the following experience:
Ability to work to deadlines
Be able to work independently as well as co-ordinate with other departments
Strong attention to detail
Available for immediate start
Can do attitude and sound work ethic
Sound verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of MYOB and use of Excel
