Administration Support Role - Property Industry

Full-Time 5 Days, No Weekends!

Start ASAP

Newly created role for an administration professional who has a strong interest in the Property Industry.

This varied role supports the Sales department with the day to day admin, coordination and client communication, and will offer the successful candidate a long term career opportunity to manage the administration department.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team

Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, and listings

Coordinate property marketing campaigns, photography, and online advertising

Liaise with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions

Maintain and update CRM systems and databases

Assist with diary management, scheduling, and client communications

Experience/Requirements

Previous experience in any Sales Admin/Support role, property industry would be a bonus but not essential

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure

Excellent computer experience working with various software programs including Microsoft applications

Immaculate presentation with excellent communication skills verbally and written
