Site Manager - Service Station

Wessel Petroleum is a locally owned company with multiple service stations and car washes in Queensland. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated permanent position Site Manager to lead our Wessel Petroleum Cooroy site.

This position is working a four day week and boasts a great work/life balance.

A successful leader will have a positive attitude and approach, with the ability to build an enjoyable working environment for the team. You must be willing to help the team in all situations and demonstrate good organisational skills to work efficiently.

Responsibilities

A hands-on, practical approach to manage the site team, including on-boarding, rostering, performance and timesheet management

Responsible for the day to day aspects of running a service station

Maintain good business, food, standards and presentation
