About the Role

We are seeking a confident administration support person with substantial wall and floor tiling knowledge for our office based role for contract of 6 to 12months.

This fast paced, exciting role involves

Making telephone calls and emails to schedule clients for repairs

Coordinate and manage trades people and on site teams

Answering incoming calls and enquiries from staff, builders & clients

Update our internal systems & builders with dates, times, photos, record keeping

Ordering materials and products from suppliers to complete works

General ad hoc administration.

High level of customer service.

About You

To succeed in this role you will bring a strong administrative skill set, have a good understanding of tiling and be able to use initiative to complete work unsupervised with a positive can do attitude. You will need to have a high level of attention to detail. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure. Clear and effective communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills, who can work well in a team environment.

Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and emails. Any relevant administrative qualifications will be highly regarded.
