About the Role

Our client is a custom home builder, operating in the Residential Construction industry for several years and build homes all over Southwest, Western Sydney and surrounding areas.
They are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Permits Coordinator to manage all permits and approvals throughout the pre-construction phase.

Their product includes a mixture of contract homes, granny flats, house and land packages, knock down re-builds, dual-occupancy homes, and complete bespoke builds. The business has recently grown, and they are building over 150 + projects across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all permits and approvals required during the pre-construction phase
• Work with Onsite Companion and the NSW Planning Portal
• Handle DA/CDC/CC applications accurately and efficiently
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project progression

About You:

• 3 - 4+ years' experience in a Pre-Construction or Permits role with a residential home builder
• Proficient in the NSW Planning Portal
• Strong knowledge of DA/CDC/CC processes
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
