Best Home Therapy is actively growing in the Western and Northern regions of Melbourne, with an established client base and strong referrer relationships already in place. We’re looking for physio to help us continue delivering high-quality in-home care.

Your Role

As a contractor with BHT, you’ll visit clients in their homes to provide personalised, one-on-one care. You’ll have flexibility in your schedule, a great admin team that supports you, clinical collaboration with a multi-disciplanary team, fantastic physio learning + education, great social team, career progression and a role in a clinician led company that cares.

Key responsibilities:

🩺 Assessment & Treatment – Provide individualised physiotherapy plans
🤲 Hands-On Care – Support mobility, strength, pain management, and falls prevention
📚 Client & Family Education – Empower people to manage health at home
🤝 Collaboration – Liaise with OTs, support coordinators, GPs, and case managers
📝 Documentation – Maintain timely and clear clinical notes and reports

We’re Looking For

AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist

Based in Western or Northern suburbs, with a car and valid driver’s licence

Confident working independently in the community

Strong clinical reasoning, time management, and communication skills

Experience with older adults, NDIS, or Home Care Packages preferred

Passionate about holistic, person-centred care
