The Role

We are seeking a Community Aged Care Physiotherapist (Subcontractor) to provide mobile physiotherapy services in clients’ homes and aged care facilities. While work is based primarily around Mt Druitt, Blacktown, Hills, Shire, and Parramatta, it is not exclusive to these areas.

You’ll work independently but with full support from our team, with scope to expand into workplace rehabilitation provider (WRP) services as our business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver mobile physiotherapy services, including mobility, strength, balance, and falls prevention programs

Develop and monitor personalised treatment plans for clients

Liaise with families, carers, and healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with funding/regulatory requirements

About You

AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist

Passion for aged care and community physiotherapy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work autonomously with professional integrity

ABN required (subcontractor arrangement)

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Must hold and maintain:

Professional Liability Insurance

Public Indemnity Insurance

Workers Compensation Insurance (if applicable to subcontractor arrangements)

Vehicle Insurance suitable for business use
