About the role

EICARE Home Care Service Provider is seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a casual position, providing in-home physiotherapy services to our clients within the local community.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and create personalised treatment plans for clients

Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions to clients in their homes, promoting independence and wellbeing

Collaborate with clients, their families, and the broader care team to ensure a coordinated approach to rehabilitation

Provide education and guidance to clients and their carers on managing health conditions and maintaining mobility

Maintain detailed client records and contribute to the overall quality of our service delivery

What we're looking for

Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration

Minimum 2 years of experience working as a physiotherapist, preferably in a community or home-based setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to develop tailored treatment plans

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
