The Role

Flexile Physiotherapy is seeking a Contractor Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This is a mobile, community-based role delivering Occupational Therapy services across Greater Sydney. You'll work with NDIS participants, aged care clients, and private referrals to help them achieve meaningful, life-changing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional assessments, interventions, and ongoing therapy plans.

Support participants in building independence with daily activities.

Work collaboratively with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and other allied health professionals.

Maintain accurate clinical notes and reports in line with NDIS and aged care requirements.

Deliver therapy in the home, community, or via telehealth where appropriate.

About You

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor/Masters).

Current AHPRA registration (Physiotherapy Board of Australia).

Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and report-writing skills.

Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.

Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

ABN for contractor engagement.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.

Minimum of 6 months' experience as a qualified Occupational Therapist.

Desirable but not essential:

Experience working with NDIS participants.

Knowledge of assistive technology prescription and home modifications.

Experience with functional capacity assessments.

Previous community or mobile OT experience.
