As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire billing process ensuring a seamless transition for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and leading the Accounts Receivables team, providing coaching, support, and development opportunities.
- Monitoring and reporting on all key tasks ensuring they are kept within SLA.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve cash flow.
- Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiencies
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven individual with:
- A solid background in accounts receivable (3-5 years) ideally in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- A passion for problem-solving and a drive to implement process improvements.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, supportive, and collaborative environment.
