We are currently seeking a National Sales Manager who can lead our strategy and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Determines annual unit and sales plans by implementing sales strategies and analysing trends.
Establish sales plans by forecasting sales volume, product mix and selling price.
Responsible for managing key national sales accounts and regional sales accounts.
Regional account management experience is required to effectively manage our key accounts.
Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Lead, develop and coach a professional sales team (3-4 people) to achieve sales plans.
Adhere to and promote regulatory compliance
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience is required for this position.
Experience in stationery or similar consumer goods is preferred but not essential.
Australian work rights are essential at the time of application.
