As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
• Analyse financial trends and provide insights to support decision-making
• Forecast revenue, costs, and profitability by business unit or service line
• Oversee annual budgeting processes in collaboration
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies
• Assist in month-end processes including journals, accruals, and reconciliations
• Prepare management packs, dashboards, and KPI reports
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• CPA/CIMA Qualification
• Confidence in overseeing management accounting / budgeting processes
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Comfortable working 5 days on-site
• The versatility to work independently and collaboratively
