Architectural home builder seeking experienced construction contracts administrator to join our growing team.

Job tasks will involve procurement, contract administration and management of new and existing residential construction contracts valued between $700k and $3m.

Candidate will be office based and regularly using Procore, SoloAssist, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Typical duties involved in this role will include:
- Procure, evaluate and award various subcontractor contracts and facilitate the execution of these against budgets and company head contracts.
- Administrative tasks in dealings with Architects, councils, service providers, trades and other project stakeholders
- Management of construction schedules and forward planning of upcoming trades and supplies
- Management of project accounts and record keeping
- Facilitation of company OH&S policy

5+ years of industry experience is required, and attention to detail is critical!

Yarrabank Builders is a young, enthusiastic team employing 15 staff. You will be working closely with a mix of highly experienced builders and carpenters, project managers, administration and accounts staff.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: To be determined based on experience and skill level.

All candidates must live locally to Melbourne's eastern suburbs.
