Join a growing organisation producing gold and silver bullion in a modern processing facility. Lead production operations across key areas including Telefurnace, Refining, and Smelting — managing a skilled team and overseeing the full metal processing cycle from extraction to final product.
🎓 Experience:
We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor or Manager from a metal foundry, plastics, alloy casting, or similar high-temperature processing environment.

📜 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations across three key business areas:
  • Telefurnace: Extracting raw metal from ore
  • Refining: Melting and processing metals
  • Smelting: Purifying metals for final bullion production
• Manage, train, and schedule production staff
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and consumables ordering
• Ensure adherence to ISO management systems:
  • ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management
  • ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management
  • ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management
• Drive continuous improvement, QA processes, and workplace safety

🔧 Requirements:

• Proven experience managing production in a foundry, metals, or process-based manufacturing environment
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Familiarity with ISO systems, QA, and maintenance scheduling
• Ability to adapt and learn new processes in bullion production
