Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist retail and trade customers in the showroom

Drive sales performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences

Manage store presentation, display and stock levels.

Oversee order accuracy, supplier coordination, and merchandising.

Develop and execute local marketing and promotional activities.

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, designers, and other trade partners.

Represent the company at industry events and onsite visits to strengthen partnerships and generate new leads.

About You

Previous retail or showroom management experience.

Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Organised, proactive, and results driven.

Experience in bathroom ware, interiors, or building industry highly valued.

Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
