This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Sales Manager to lead and develop the Queensland region. You’ll oversee key accounts, support your team’s success, and drive strategic sales initiatives across a wide customer base.

This is a hands-on, people-focused position where you’ll lead by example, managing your own accounts while coaching a small sales team to exceed targets. You’ll enjoy autonomy while being fully supported by marketing, operations, and national leadership.

With your leadership, the QLD region will continue to grow through strong customer relationships, smart pipeline planning, and a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a key portfolio of industrial clients across Queensland
• Leading and mentoring the regional sales team through one-on-ones, KPIs and coaching
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting team members to close complex sales
• Coordinating pricing, proposals, and major tenders across the region
• Supporting team development, onboarding, and training
• Preparing sales forecasts and contributing to strategy and reporting at national level
• Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery, service, and support

About you
You are a proven sales leader who thrives on driving performance and building relationships. You’re ready to lead a region and team, while still staying close to customers and delivering value. You take ownership, communicate well, and balance people leadership with commercial results.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or capital equipment
• A track record of managing and developing sales teams
• Strong experience with key account management and complex B2B sales
• Proven ability to forecast, manage budgets, and drive strategy
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or related field (advantageous)
