About the Role

Join our growing team at Hello Botanical as an eCommerce and Retail Sales Assistant, specialising in indoor plants and curated gift hampers.

In this diverse role, you’ll play a key part in the ongoing growth of our eCommerce strategy and the success of our new retail space. You’ll help optimise our online presence while providing an exceptional in-store experience for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and maintain our eCommerce platform — update product listings, process online orders, and monitor stock levels.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns that align with Hello Botanical’s marketing strategy.

• Stay informed on eCommerce trends, digital marketing, and retail best practices.

• Engage warmly with customers and deliver exceptional service in-store.

• Offer expert recommendations to help customers find the perfect plant or gift.

• Merchandise and maintain a beautifully presented retail space.

• Package and prepare gift hampers and care packages.

• Process sales accurately and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Availability for 3–4 shifts per week (including occasional weekends).

• Strong retail sales experience OR horticultural knowledge (nursery, florist, or similar).

• A genuine passion for plants, design, and creating standout customer experiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Confidence using eCommerce platforms (Shopify experience highly regarded).

• A keen eye for detail and organisation.

• Familiarity with gardening, horticulture, or sustainability industries is highly desirable.
