About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our Dune Perfumes team at our Chadstone Shopping centre store. This is a casual position, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle. Based in Malvern East, VIC, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store.

What you'll be doing

Providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge to ensure a premium shopping experience

Assisting customers with product recommendations, demonstrations and sales transactions

Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards

Processing cash and card payments accurately

Restocking and replenishing products as needed

Adhering to company policies and procedures

Contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about our product range

Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends

A passion for the fragrance industry
