Sales Assistant – Casual (15–20 hours per week)
Location: Healey's Motorcycles, Airport West, VIC

Healey’s Motorcycles is a small, well-established used motorcycle dealership based in Airport West. We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our close-knit team and help deliver a great experience for our customers.

This is a casual position (15–20 hours per week) with Saturday availability essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone

Support customers with motorcycle sales, trade-ins, and finance inquiries

Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the showroom

Update and manage online listings (e.g. Bikesales, Facebook Marketplace)

Assist in processing sales and completing necessary paperwork

Coordinate test rides and assist with motorcycle deliveries

Help with general day-to-day dealership operations

Source inventory from the private market as needed

Motorcycle inspections and valuations

What We’re Looking For:

Previous retail or sales experience preferred (not essential)

A passion for motorcycles – riders or enthusiasts highly regarded

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

Basic computer literacy (email, social media, listing platforms)

Experience with a DSLR camera is a plus

Availability to work Saturdays (essential)

Most importantly, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
