I am offering a 3-month Temp assignment to an experienced Property Manager in the Perth hills region. This opportunity is incredibly flexible and ideal for someone wanting part-time flexibility and the opportunity to network.

The Assignment

• Start this October!
• Experienced using Consult Cloud
• Small and tidy residential portfolio in excellent condition!
• Shared administration and support- no trust accounting
• Flexible hours, will consider outsourcing routine inspections if preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management
• Current WA Property Management Registration
• Thorough knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Knowledge of Consult Cloud Software desirable
• Current Driver’s Licence & Reliable Car
• Corporate presentation & confident demeanour
• Strong customer service focus
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months temp support
