Personal Assistant – Airbnb Properties & Taste The Grapes (Work From Home)

Part-time | 15–20 hours per week | $30–$35/hr

We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to support two growing small businesses based in Bunbury:

Property Management – managing 15 short-term rental properties (mainly Airbnbs)

Taste The Grapes – a fun and fast-growing wine card game now stocked in around 100 stores

About the Role

This role offers plenty of variety and flexibility, with most work completed from home and occasional local site visits.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Property Management:

Responding promptly and professionally to guest messages

Coordinating cleaners, maintenance, and suppliers

Updating property owners on bookings and any issues

Conducting occasional inspections or site visits

Taste The Grapes:

Fulfilling orders, sending invoices and managing follow up enquires

Calling and emailing stores to check stock levels

Identifying and contacting new potential venues

Assisting with general business administration

About You

You’re a self-starter who thrives on variety and can switch between hospitality and business support with ease. You’re:

Enthusiastic and sales-focused

A clear communicator who takes direction well

Comfortable working independently

Problem solver

Organised, reliable and responsive

Computer literate (emails, excel spreadsheets, xero invoicing, online software)

Previous Experience

Minimum of 2 years working experience.

Ideally in sales, business, administration, or other related industries.

Experience managing multiple tasks, coordinating schedules, or supporting a small business is highly desirable

What We Offer

Flexible hours (15–20 per week)

$30–$35 per hour (depending on experience)

Who You’ll Be Working For

You’ll be working closely with a local Bunbury couple whose small businesses have grown rapidly over the past few years. They are looking for a reliable and proactive assistant to help continue this growth. As you’ll be working directly with the couple, you should be comfortable in small teams, enjoy variety, and be happy taking initiative.
