Our client is an award-winning property management specialist, supporting over 1,000 property investors across 200+ Perth suburbs. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained portfolio of 100+ properties across the inner south. This role offers a good work-life balance and extensive support from a dedicated admin team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of 100+ properties as the single point of contact for clients

Advertising and showing properties for lease

Conducting routine and final bond inspections

Coordinating maintenance requests

Rent reviews, lease renewals, and arrears management (with admin assistance)

Building strong landlord and tenant relationships

About You

Minimum 2 years’ property management experience

Strong customer service focus and proactive approach

Preferably a homeowner or investment property owner

Reside within 30 minutes of the Willetton area ideally

Current property management registration and driver’s licence
