We are currently seeking four motivated individuals to join our team as part of our upcoming intake and begin their real estate career progression journey.

To help you better understand the opportunity, we will be hosting an Information Session on Thursday 23rd October at 5:45pm. During this session we will provide you with what the professional development plan looks like, what your tasks would be at the commencement of your career, and what a life in real estate looks like.

This information session will be led by Stephen Cromarty, who will share his journey from having no Real Estate experience to becoming a top-performing agent, working in a small team of just three and consistently selling 20–25 homes each month. Stephen has also built a personal portfolio of over 20 investment properties, starting from humble beginnings.

To Participate in the information session, and to be considered for our training program, send a one-page cover letter with the following questions answered,

What is a 12 a month goal?

What is a 5 year goal?

What does doing whatever it takes look like for you?
