The Forge Pizzeria is on the hunt for a qualified and experienced Wood Fired Pizza Maker to join our passionate team on a full-time basis. If you love working with quality ingredients, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and know your way around a wood fired oven – we want to hear from you.

About the Role:
You’ll be working closely with our kitchen team to prepare, cook, and serve high-quality wood fired pizzas. The role is primarily focused on kitchen prep and pizza making, and experience in a wood fired pizzeria is a definite advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking pizzas using a traditional wood fired oven

Assisting in overall kitchen prep and maintaining high standards of food quality

Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and presentation standards

What We’re Looking For:
✅ At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role or fast paced professional kitchen
✅ Relevant qualifications or proven skills in food preparation and pizza making
✅ Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and confident in a busy kitchen environment
✅ A true team player with strong communication and time management skills
