After a successful hire last year, we’re now looking for another skilled Senior IT Technician to join our team. This is a new position created to support our increasing client base.

About the role
We are looking for an additional Senior IT Technician to help us continue providing a high standard of remote, on-site, telephone, and email support to our growing client base. You will work with a wide variety of technology and assist in solving cloud, server, endpoint, and network issues. The role involves a high degree of independence and responsibility, working closely with key customers and building strong, long-lasting relationships. You will initiate and oversee projects, serving as the main point of contact for customers from pre-sales & support, to final deployment.

Our core technology landscape revolves around Microsoft and its suite of products, especially Microsoft 365 and cloud services. Your expertise in these areas will be essential in providing seamless support and driving success for our clients.

Required Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft 365 Admin, Teams & SharePoint provisioning and management.

Sound understanding of Windows 10/11 and Office 365 products

Understanding of modern cyber security practices and risk analysis

Ability to troubleshoot and solve endpoint issues

Knowledge in provisioning, troubleshooting, and monitoring security solutions (EDR, ATP, firewall etc.)

VPN / RDP troubleshooting & setup

Ability to troubleshoot network configuration or hardware issues

Able to work competently, both remotely and on-site

4+ years’ experience in IT support and/or IT projects

Favoured Expertise

Microsoft Azure platform knowledge

Network architecting skills & VoIP phone systems experience

Experience with MSP based systems and vendors

Qualifications in IT, or related field

The Package
An employment agreement relevant to experience and credentials will be tailored to suit the successful candidate. Wage for a Senior IT Technician will range from $70,000 to $100,000 + super, laptop, mobile phone, and fully maintained car (with reasonable personal use). Total package value: $92,000 – $130,000.
