The Balhannah Hotel has an exciting opportunity for a hands–on front of house staff across all areas to join their team.

We are looking for a team member that is focused on customer service, excellence and can demonstrate leadership qualities.

Applicants that can demonstrate the following attributes are recommended to apply

Excellent customer service standards

Ability to set and maintain high work and venue presentation standards

Have strong food and beverage knowledge

A genuine passion for the hospitality industry

Experience with Retail Service

The successful applicant will be required to work across all operational areas and have the flexibility to be rostered over a 7 day week.

You will need to be available days nights and weekends. Plenty of split shifts available so would suit as a second job or make it your main income

The Balhannah Hotel comprises of a bistro, Gaming and Bottle Shop. Family orientated hotel with plenty of hours available.

The role reports to the Balhannah Hotel Manager
