About the role:

Casual position: 22–28 hours per week

Weekend availability is essential

Preparing high-quality espresso coffee with speed and consistency

Engaging warmly with our regulars and new customers alike

Working collaboratively in a small, supportive team environment

Taking initiative to keep things running smoothly during service

Opportunity to take on extra responsibility for the right person

What we’re looking for:

Previous barista experience (dialing in, latte art, workflow under pressure)

Genuine passion for coffee and café culture

Great communication skills – you enjoy connecting with people

Proactive, positive, and reliable – you see what needs doing and do it

A team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment
