Bevmarks, an Australian owned and operated company established in 1989, is currently seeking exceptional sales professionals to join our team across multiple locations in Melbourne. In particular we have an urgent need in our soon to be opening Craigieburn showroom as well as in Maribyrnong and Waurn Ponds showrooms for full time sales professionals. Our company has a proud "family business" heritage, with 11 stores across Melbourne and Geelong and plans to open more in the future.

As a retail salesperson at Bevmarks, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for selling high-quality beds, mattresses, and bedroom furniture. You will also assist with other duties such as visual merchandising, recording sales, ordering products, arranging delivery, and maintaining the showroom.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can quickly build rapport with customers, ask the right questions, and understand their needs. You will then use this information to provide appropriate solutions while seeking opportunities to add additional value. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, integrity, and a long-term commitment.

While furniture/bedding industry experience is not essential, it is highly regarded. Bevmarks offers extensive training and support to its employees and provides a very generous compensation package, described as "the best in the business," that rewards your sales successes on the job. Exceptional performers have been know to earn in excess of $90,000 per annum. A top-performing few have even earned well above this figure.
