Position Overview:

As a Retail Sales Professional, you will work in a welcoming showroom environment as an integral part of a dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional retail sales experiences, offering high-quality beds, mattresses, and bedroom furniture to our valued customers. While your primary focus is sales, your role will also encompass diverse tasks, including visual merchandising, sales recording, product ordering, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining the showroom's overall presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage customers and quickly establish rapport by asking the right questions to understand their needs.

Provide tailored solutions that address customer requirements while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.

Contribute to various showroom tasks, including visual merchandising, sales record-keeping, product ordering, and ensuring showroom maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven ability to build strong customer rapport and deliver exceptional customer service.

Integrity, dedication, and a long-term commitment to personal and company success.

While prior furniture/bedding industry experience is a plus, it's not a mandatory requirement.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are highly regarded.
