With a proud "family business" heritage, our client operates 11 stores across Melbourne and Geelong and plans to expand further.

Role Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sell high-quality beds, mattresses, and bedroom furniture.

Assist with visual merchandising, recording sales, ordering products, arranging delivery, and maintaining the showroom.

Build rapport with customers quickly and maintain integrity and honesty in all interactions.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record in sales, with the ability to qualify and close sales effectively.

Strong customer service skills and a "can do" attitude.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and sales techniques.

Experience in the furniture/bedding industry is a plus, but not essential.
