About the Role

As a retail salesperson, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for selling high-quality beds, mattresses, and bedroom furniture. In addition to assisting customers in finding the perfect sleep solution, your role will involve:

Providing expert product advice and outstanding customer service

Managing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records

Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining a well-presented showroom

Coordinating product orders and delivery arrangements

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Can quickly build rapport with customers and understand their needs

Has a natural ability to engage, ask the right questions, and offer tailored solutions

Loves selling and engaging with customers to help them fulfil their needs

Demonstrates strong customer service skills, integrity, and a long-term commitment

Has a background in sales (experience in furniture or bedding is an advantage but not essential)

Preparedness to help out with some lifting from time to time
