About the role:
This apprenticeship is the perfect way to build practical skills and experience in a welcoming team environment. You'll:

• Implement engineering strategies, troubleshoot plant and equipment issues, reduce unplanned downtime, and provide technical support during shifts.
• Develop and conduct preventative maintenance plans, perform planned maintenance, manage spare parts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Work effectively across teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, Safety, Warehouse), ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and actively participate in change management and site improvement strategies.
