About the role:

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:

• Gain hands-on experience across all areas of kitchen operations, from restaurant service to large-scale functions.
• Learn a variety of cooking techniques, including meats, seafood, pastries, desserts, and cakes.
• Develop strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and workplace best practices.
• Assist with menu planning and preparation, contributing to creative and seasonal dishes.

What we're looking for - Skills & Experience

• 1st Year Chef Apprentices - if you're eager to kickstart your culinary career and passionate about learning the trade.
• 2nd or 3rd Year Chef Apprentices - if you're already partway through your apprenticeship and looking for a supportive kitchen team to continue your training. (TAFE attendance and transcripts are required)
• Kitchen or hospitality experience preferred, with a genuine passion for food.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and ability to multitask in a busy kitchen.
• Respectful, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within the team.

• We offer a flexible roster, with shifts Wednesday to Friday 11:30 am-8:30 pm, Saturday 11:30 am-9:30 pm, and a 5-hour Sunday breakfast shift (all with breaks).
