About the role

We are seeking experienced Cooks to join a young, growing team at the Grand View Hotel in Wentworth Falls, only 30mins from Penrith. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and delivering exceptional food experiences for our guests. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of an innovative and dynamic hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of meals

Assisting with menu development and implementation

Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations

Facilitating stock management

Contributing to the continuous improvement of kitchen operations

Providing exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for our guests

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role within the hospitality industry

Strong technical cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Enthusiasm for creating innovative and delicious dishes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Food safety and hygiene certification
