The Opportunity
Step into a pivotal role where you’ll hit the ground running and take charge of the estimating process. You’ll lead the estimating function across a variety of commercial fit-out projects valued between $500K and $6M, preparing tenders, budgets, and pricing submissions. Working closely with the company’s directors, you’ll deliver accurate and competitive costings that help secure ongoing project success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare detailed estimates, tenders, and submissions for projects ranging from $500K to $6M
• Interpret plans, specifications, and drawings to produce accurate pricing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Collaborate with directors and internal teams to ensure timely and competitive submissions
• Contribute to process improvements and value-engineering initiatives

What You Bring

• Experience as an Estimator in commercial fitouts or construction
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
